It was a brief stay for us and staff offered to put us in another room, but as it was a relatively brief stay we decided to stay in the room and put up with the hallway smell. The room was not smelly, but the hallway was. not this time, as we ended up in a smoking room on a smoking floor. Basically you complete all the normal check-in stuff online, and scan a barcode at a kiosk and out pops your keys. There was one new option for check-in since we last stayed at the Encore, and that was express check-in. This trip was no exception (one caveat, upcoming), where the room was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Payment All major credit cards, including American Express, VISA, Diners Club and MasterCard, are accepted for payment.We've stayed at the Wynn property (both the Wynn and Encore towers) for several years now, and always enjoy the rooms and amenities. A casino and a nightclub offer guests additional recreational options. Various wellness options are offered, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-aging treatments and a solarium. Guests of the hotel can enjoy indoor activities including a gym. Those wishing to enjoy sports whilst on holiday can have fun on-site with tennis.
